As the newest addition to the Peninsula Sarasota team, Chelsea Dunbar is a Sarasota-based interior designer that has worked for over 15 years on both commercial and residential projects. She is an NCIDQ-certified designer and holds a BFA degree in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Focused on providing a highly personalized level of service with keen attention to detail, she has earned the trust of more than 150 residential clients and counting throughout Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Largo, Florida. Marybeth Woods

Marybeth Woods is a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in residential design. After receiving her architectural degree from Cornell University, she began her career in NYC at Rosenblum/ Harb designing Barneys stores. In 1994, she moved to Westport, CT to focus on custom homes. Since then, she has worked with Gault for years on numerous residential communities, including the Mill at Westport. Her designs take traditional elements and fuse them with modern details to create elegant spaces with clean lines, simple forms, and polished detail.

Karen Asprea is a New York-based interior designer with a distinct focus on the luxury residential market. After starting her own firm in 2018, she has designed and coordinated residential towers, private homes, boutique gallery spaces, and more across the globe. She uses her vast portfolio of experience to create innovative, yet functional spaces that each embody a unique experience. Asprea design plan for Peninsula Sarasota’s common areas and amenity spaces will use natural and cream tones with clean lines and modern and low furniture to accentuate the views seen through floor-to-ceiling windows.
